If You’ve Been Feeling a Little Stuck…


Hello everyone,

First, a quick update: Possible by Design is now Soft Smile Somatics.

It’s a small shift in name, but a clearer reflection of the work—somatics, yoga therapy, and expressive practices that support real change over time.

Some of you may remember Soft Smile Yoga—this is a natural continuation of that work.

✨ Spark Something New with Whimsical & Wild Workshops

Ever feel like cranking up the music and dancing around the room?
Just cutting loose. Feeling, breathing, letting go of restless energy.

That’s what these workshops are for.

The Whimsical & Wild series is designed to help you reconnect with your body, your expression, and your natural rhythm—without needing to get it “right.” (What is that anyway?)

This is time to flow and release through free-form movement.
No poses or perfection—just noticing how it feels to follow your energy.

Sometimes it’s a spark of creativity.
Sometimes it’s noticing where you’ve been holding on—and allowing a bit more ease.

Across the series, we explore different entry points into expression:

  • Letting creativity emerge without pressure
  • Releasing built-up tension and reconnecting with rhythm
  • Noticing where you hold and where you already flow
  • Exploring voice, boundaries, and taking up space
  • Moving with more ease, timing, and responsiveness
  • Stepping into a more direct, unfiltered sense of self

You don’t need experience with movement or somatics.
You don’t need to be “creative.”

You just need a willingness to notice what’s happening in you—and follow it, even a little.

These sessions are intentionally small and grounded.
There’s space to move, pause, reflect, and integrate.

There is no show or choreography.
(You can even turn your camera off.)

If something in you has been feeling stuck, quiet, or just slightly out of sync…
this is a place to begin experimenting.

You’re welcome to join a single session, or choose a 3-session pass ($108) if you’d like more continuity and space to settle into the work.
